What your day could look like

As a Clinical Midwife - Caseload, you'll play an important role in supporting women and families through one of life's most significant experiences. Working across the full maternity journey, you'll provide continuity of care, build trusted relationships, and help deliver safe, personalised outcomes while contributing to a team-oriented and supportive team environment.

- Delivering holistic, evidence-based maternity care that supports positive outcomes for women, babies and families.
- Building strong partnerships with expectant mothers and coordinating care across services to ensure a seamless and personalised experience.
- Providing clinical leadership, mentoring colleagues and supporting a culture of safe, high-quality practice.
- Driving continuous improvement through innovation, quality activities and consumer-focused approaches to care.

Here's what will help you thrive in this role:

- Current registration, or eligibility for registration, as a Midwife with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia.
- Demonstrated experience providing contemporary maternity care across the childbirth continuum.
- Strong communication, relationship-building and collaborative practice skills.
- Ability to work autonomously, make informed clinical decisions and support quality improvement initiatives.

You'll stand out from the crowd if you have experience in continuity of care or caseload midwifery and/or postgraduate qualifications relevant to maternity care.
