They are seeking a Program Manager to take ownership of an existing key program, working closely with government stakeholders, internal teams, and delivery partners to ensure successful outcomes.

About the Role

- Leading the successful delivery of a major ACT program, ensuring key milestones, KPIs, and service requirements are achieved
- Acting as the key relationship point for government stakeholders, customers, suppliers, and internal teams
- Managing program plans, risks, reporting, governance, and continuous improvement initiatives
- Working with cross-functional teams across technology, operations, maintenance, and service delivery
- Managing subcontractor and supplier relationships to ensure strong delivery outcomes
- Using data and reporting insights to track performance and identify opportunities for improvement

About You

- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Project Management, Engineering, Technology, or a related field (Master’s degree highly regarded)




- 5+ years’ experience in program or project management, ideally within a similar or complex industry setting
- Proven ability to manage projects, contracts, timelines, risks, and stakeholder expectations
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills, with experience engaging government or large-scale clients
- Experience leading cross-functional teams and managing suppliers or subcontractors
- A proactive, solutions-focused approach with strong organisational skills
- Experience with governance, reporting, and performance tracking
- Project or Program Management certifications (e.g., PMP, PgMP, PRINCE2), Agile methodologies, or other recognised project management frameworks will be advantageous
- Willingness to travel nationally as required to support project needs
