The Project

CPB has been appointed to deliver a major infrastructure and construction project involving the development and construction of key civil, structural, and associated works.

This project represents a significant investment aimed at enhancing infrastructure capacity and supporting long-term growth in the region. The works will contribute to the development of essential facilities and deliver improved services for the local community and key stakeholders.

Your Opportunity

We’re looking for an experienced AGL Supervisor to join our project team.

You’ll be responsible for supervising civil works associated with Aeronautical Ground Lighting (AGL) infrastructure, including pits, ducts, trenching and associated airfield works.

Responsibilities may include:

- Supervising installation of AGL pits, conduits/ducts and underground infrastructure
- Coordinating trenching, excavation, concrete and pavement works
- Ensuring civil infrastructure is ready for installation of runway, taxiway and apron lighting
- Coordinating with electrical/AGL teams,



engineers and subcontractors
- Conducting site inspections and monitoring construction quality
- Ensuring works comply with drawings, specifications, safety requirements and airport standards
- Managing daily site activities, crews, permits and work sequencing
- Compiling detailed daily site reports
- Productivity Tracking or delays

Our minimum requirements for this role:

- Civil construction supervision experience
- Experience with AGL, airport or airfield infrastructure highly regarded
- Strong knowledge of civil works, pits, ducts and underground services
- Strong safety and quality focus
- Ability to coordinate crews and subcontractors effectively
