About CSK Services

CSK Services is a civil contractor based in Matraville, delivering piling, earthworks and plant hire as a subcontractor to Tier 1 contractors on major infrastructure. We hold ISO 9001, 14001 and 45001 certification and run a tight, owner-led operation. You'll deal directly with the directors, not layers of management.

The role

You'll run our piling and earthworks packages from award to close-out, owning programme, cost, safety and the client relationship. You'll be based in Sydney, with regular travel to regional projects when work requires it.

What you'll do

- Manage packages end to end: planning, resourcing, programme and delivery

- Run the commercial side: progress claims, variations, daywork records, cost tracking and forecasting

- Be the main point of contact for Tier 1 site and commercial teams

- Lead site supervisors and crews, and coordinate plant and labour across projects

- Make sure work is delivered safely and to quality under our ISO-certified systems

- Manage subcontract obligations, notices and documentation
