About your role:

- Work with families and communities to promote recovery and community inclusion and to access generic supports, opportunities and resources.
- Develop and maintain collaborative work practices and relationships with other agencies (including non-government organisations), service providers and consumer and carer groups to ensure consumers have access to an integrated service system.
- Effectively communicate at all levels across the organisation and with external stakeholders, including non-government organisations,



consumers and their carers.
