About the Opportunity

We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Assistant Manager to join our team at Red Rooster, Brisbane Domestic Airport.

Cater Care proudly operates the Red Rooster outlet at Brisbane Domestic Airport, bringing a much-loved Australian food brand to travellers every day. This is a fast-paced and customer-focused environment where great service, quality food and an efficient operation come together to create a positive experience for every customer.

As an Assistant Manager, you’ll play an important role in supporting the day-to-day operation of the Red Rooster outlet, working closely with the team to maintain high standards of service, food quality, safety and operational performance.

What We're Looking For

We’re looking for someone who:

- Has previous experience in hospitality, retail, food service or a similar customer-focused environment
- Has solid leadership and communication skills
- Is confident supporting and motivating a team
- Has a positive,



hands-on approach and enjoys being part of a team
- Can work effectively in a fast-paced airport environment
- Has a strong focus on customer service and operational excellence
- Is flexible and available to work across a Monday–Sunday variable roster
- Holds a current Driver’s Licence
