The opportunity:

We are looking for a forward-thinking property-management professional ready to build and shape something new across the greater Melbourne and Geelong area.

You will manage a growing initial portfolio and act as Officer in Effective Control for Rentnest’s Victorian estate-agency business. You will also oversee service delivery and support portfolio growth across the greater Melbourne and Geelong area.

As the first person on the ground, this is initially a hands-on position with the prospect to build and lead a local team as the business expands.

You will:

- establish Rentnest’s operation within Victoria

- manage and grow the initial portfolio across the greater Melbourne and Geelong area





- adapt Rentnest’s established systems for Victorian requirements

- fulfil the responsibilities of Officer in Effective Control

- oversee compliance, trust-account controls and operational risk

- recruit and lead local team members as the business expands

What we're looking for:

- a current individual Victorian estate agent’s licence

- eligibility and willingness to act as Officer in Effective Control

- strong Victorian residential property-management experience

- sound Victorian compliance and trust-account knowledge

- an independent, adaptable and growth-focused mindset.

Leadership, BDM or sales experience will be highly regarded but is not essential.
