We are seeking a motivated Assistant Site Supervisor to join our Operations team and contribute to the success of our essential grain-handling sites in the WA Wheatbelt. The Role

As the Assistant Site Supervisor, you will play a critical role in supporting the Site Maintenance & Operations Supervisor in the day-to-day operations and supervision of our grain receival sites. This position is ideal for someone who is eager to take on responsibility.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead and supervise daily operations across the sites, ensuring all grain receival, storage, and outloading activities are carried out safely, efficiently, and to a high standard.

- Collaborate with key stakeholders including growers, carriers, contractors, and internal teams to ensure smooth and professional service delivery.

- Assist with and oversee routine and preventative maintenance, ensuring it is performed on all equipment to ensure maximum availability, operating efficiency and longevity.





- Promote and enforce a robust safety culture, ensuring strict adherence to all Bunge and WHS policies, procedures, and regulations.

- Ensure site safety, bunker hygiene and maintenance of grain quality in storage to reduce stock loss.

To be successful in this role, you will possess:

- Demonstrated experience in operations, leading or supervising teams (minimum of 3 years experience).

- High level of interpersonal skills, including assertiveness, communication and time management.

- Effective communication skills with strong interpersonal skills to manage teams and build relationships.

- Skilled in planning, coordinating, and prioritising tasks in a dynamic, seasonal environment.

- Confident problem-solver with sound decision-making abilities.

Essential Criteria:

- Valid and current Driver's Licence; Heavy Rigid (HR) licence highly desirable

- Permanent Australian Work Rights required

- Be able to pass a Pre-Employment Medical and randomised Drug & Alcohol Testing
