Truck Driver (1 Position)

Key Responsibilities:

- Operate a 12 ton tipper truck to and from construction sites
- Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections to ensure vehicles are in good condition
- Adhere to all relevant traffic laws, safety regulations, and company policies to ensure the safe transport of goods
- Assist with loading and unloading of vehicles as required
- Maintain accurate records of deliveries, hours worked, and any vehicle incidents or issues
- Collaborate with the wider construction team to ensure effective and timely delivery of materials and equipment
- A valid HR driver's licence and extensive experience operating heavy vehicles in a construction or logistics environment
- Strong knowledge of road rules, safety regulations, and best practices for the transport of construction materials and equipment
- Excellent driving skills, with a proven track record of safe and efficient vehicle operation
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with colleagues, clients, and suppliers
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a focus on safety and attention to detail
- Flexibility to work a casual schedule, including early starts and weekend work as required

General Construction Labourer (1 Position)

- Experience in Civil Construction manual labour.




- Assisting an operator in spotting by providing visual guidance and clear hand signals, ensuring they can maneuver equipment safely around a worksite.
- Be physically fit and able to carry out general labouring duties on site.
- Able to understand and follow instructions
- Punctual and reliable.
- Immediate start.

We are seeking an experienced Leading Hand to join our team for ongoing civil construction projects across Adelaide.

Key Responsibilities:

- Supervise and coordinate day-to-day site activities.
- Lead and support construction crews
- Ensure works are completed safely, efficiently and to specification
- Coordinate plant, materials and subcontractors
- Read and interpret plans and drawings
- Assist with setting out and site coordination
- Maintain high standards of safety, quality and housekeeping
- Communicate with supervisors, project managers and clients
- Ability to lead a team and manage daily site activities
- Previous experience as a Leading Hand in civil construction
- Strong knowledge of construction processes and site safety
- Good communication and organisational skills
- Reliable, hardworking and safety-focused
- Relevant tickets/licences and White Card
- Valid driver’s licence
