As a small but global and rapidly growing skincare business we are looking for a full-time Office & Influencer Marketing Coordinator based in our Moore Park Head Office.

Reporting to: UK Brand Manager & Social Media and PR Communication Manager

What you'll be doing

We’re looking for a highly organised Office & Influencer Marketing Coordinator to support day-to-day office administration and assist with influencer marketing activity, with a key focus on the UK market.

· This entry-level role will help keep the office running smoothly while supporting creator outreach, gifting, campaign coordination and reporting. It’s ideal for someone detail-oriented, proactive and eager to grow within a fast-paced brand environment

· Familiarity with the UK/EU influencer landscape is advantageous but not essential.

Office & Administration

• Office coordination and daily operations

• Couriers, postage and mail outs

• Sample dispatch and gifting

• Assisting CEO, General Manager, Marketing & Brand Manager

• General office administration

Influencer Marketing Support

• Influencer outreach and database management

• Gifting coordination and tracking

• Filtering influencer enquiries

• Campaign setup, tracking and reporting support

• Supplying digital assets to partners

• TikTok Shop management and support

• Amazon marketplace support

What we're looking for





This is a fantastic entry-level opportunity for someone who has recently completed their studies or is looking to take the next step into the beauty industry.

· 1-2 years of experience in a marketing coordinator or similar administrative/support role or a related field

· Highly organised with strong attention to detail

· Strong written and verbal communication skills

· Confident liaising with external partners and stakeholders

· Proficient in Microsoft Office and familiar with social media platforms

· Any European languages spoken is an advantage
