We are currently seeking experienced and passionate Casual Retail Stylists to join our Chermside and Brisbane Arcade teams. This is an exciting opportunity for motivated individuals who thrive in a creative, customer-focused environment and have a genuine love for fashion and styling.

About the Role

Flexible roster – Casual

In this role you will be Reporting to the Store Manager, your responsibilities include:

- Creating a memorable and seamless experience with every customer interaction

- Delivering exceptional in-store experiences and create lasting customer relationships

- Adopting a customer-first approach with every interaction

- Supporting the team to meet sales targets and KPIs

- Assisting with day-to-day store operations and visual merchandising

- Attending team meetings, training sessions, and company events

- Maintaining accurate administrative and POS processes including stock handling and transfers

- Upholding high standards in store presentation and VM

- Contribute to a positive, supportive and high-performing team culture

About You





- To be successful in the role, you will have:

- 1-2 years experienced in Fashion retail in a high-service environment

- A strong sense of style and a passion for fashion and customer service

- Able to connect with women of all ages and demographics

- An enthusiastic, team-oriented approach with the ability to work in a fast-paced retail setting

- Proven sales performance and experience meeting KPIs (preferred)

- Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends

- A positive, confident and playful attitude when styling clients

- A keen eye for detail and visual merchandising standards

- Brings playfulness and creativity to styling women
