Employment Type: Casual Position
Remuneration: $54.99 - $69.39 /hour (inclusive of 25% casual loading) + Super + NFP Salary Packaging to maximise your take home pay + $1.01 per kilometre travel reimbursement
Location: Ipswich, North Logan, South Brisbane and surrounding areas. This community-based role requires regular travel across all regions to support clients in their own homes.
Preferred Availability: Tuesdays and Fridays

How You'll Support Our Clients

- Create meaningful connections with clients and their support networks, delivering person-centred care that helps people live life their way
- Draw on your nursing experience to provide quality clinical care, from assessments and wound management to medication support and ongoing health reviews, empowering clients to remain independent at home

What Makes You A Excellent Fit

- AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse and 2+ years' aged care experience
- Experience in assessments, wound care,



continence and catheter management
- A passion for person-centred, independence-focused care
- Valid driver's licence and comfort with regular travel between client visits
- COVID-19 vaccination highly desirable
