Great Southern Fuel Supplies (GSFS) is seeking a proactive and organised part-time Recruiter to support our growing business across Western Australia.

This role will manage the recruitment process from identifying candidates through to offer and pre-employment checks. You will work closely with hiring managers to understand their requirements, source suitable candidates and ensure a positive and professional candidate experience.

This is a hands-on recruitment role suited to someone who enjoys connecting with people, building candidate networks and keeping recruitment processes moving.

This is a part time position, with hours spread across a minimum of four (4) days per week in the office with some flexibility to enable candidates to attend earlier morning and later afternoon interviews as required.

The role provides flexibility for an experienced recruiter who may be seeking part-time employment while still wanting to make a meaningful contribution to a growing Western Australian business.

Key Responsibilities

Recruitment

- Manage recruitment processes from vacancy approval through to appointment.

- Work with managers to develop clear and practical position descriptions and job advertisements.

- Advertise vacancies through appropriate recruitment channels, including SEEK and other platforms.





- Source candidates through job boards, databases, referrals and direct approaches.

- Review applications and conduct initial screening and telephone interviews.

- Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.

- Provide hiring managers with suitable candidate shortlists and recruitment advice.

- Maintain regular communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process.

- Conduct reference checks and coordinate pre-employment medicals, drug and alcohol testing and other required checks.

- Prepare and issue employment offers and coordinate the pre-employment process through to commencement.

- Maintain accurate recruitment records and ensure vacancies are progressed in a timely manner.
