About the role

Pathways Longueville is a luxurious, boutique residential aged care community. Pathways Longueville sets a new benchmark in aged care, offering a unique blend of sophistication and exceptional care.

We are looking for talented and experienced Chef de Partie for our current residence in Longueville. Our Chef de Partie are responsible for the delivery of quality food and culinary experiences to our residents. Chefs ensure high standards in food preparation and presentation, efficient and timely food delivery and cleanliness of the kitchen.

Skills and experience

The applicant must have:

- Certificate IV in commercial cookery

- Minimum 3 years experience in Commercial Kitchen

- Experience in delivering a fine dining experience

- Good practice in WHS, food safety, Infection Control, complaints handling

- Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills

- Good time management

- Creative culinary skills

- Computer literacy an advantage
