What You'll Be Doing
Depending on the role, your responsibilities may include:
* Providing professional customer service to visitors, contractors and clients
* Conducting building and perimeter patrols
* Monitoring CCTV and access control systems
* Gatehouse and access control duties
* Managing contractors and deliveries
* Responding to incidents and emergency situations
* Identifying and reporting hazards and security risks
* Supporting tenants,



clients and facilities teams
* Preparing incident and security reports
* Event security duties
* Other security and site-specific duties

What We're Looking For
* Current Security Licence - Mandatory
* Current First Aid - Mandatory
* Australian Citizen or holder of Unlimited Work Rights
* Strong customer service and communication skills
* Professional presentation and a proactive approach
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Ability to work rotating rosters, including days, nights and weekends
* Good computer skills and ability to use security-related systems
* Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
* Robust written and verbal communication skills

Highly Desirable:
* Crowd Control endorsement
* Own reliable transport
* Experience with CCTV and access control systems
* Previous experience in a security or customer-facing environment
