We are seeking an enthusiastic and caring part-time, Kids Club Attendant to join our team and help create a fun, safe and welcoming environment for the children and families who visit our Clubs.

This is an exciting opportunity to play an important role in providing stability and continuity within our Kids Club, helping us build a familiar and engaging environment where children and families feel comfortable, welcomed and supported.

What to expect:

Kick Off Each Day with a Smile: Complete opening procedures to ensure the Kids Club is ready for a day of fun, and finish each shift by leaving everything clean, tidy and ready for the next adventure.

Keep Kids Safe: Help create a safe, welcoming and enjoyable environment for all children and promptly report any concerns requiring further support.

Promote Safe Play: Encourage children to enjoy the play equipment and activities safely while making sure everyone is having a excellent time.

Craft Master: Keep craft supplies, gaming equipment and stationery organised, stocked and ready for action.

Be a Role Model: Provide positive guidance and encouragement while demonstrating teamwork, respect and kindness.

About You:

- You will need to fit in with our groupwide values of Connected, Aligned, Respectful, Engaging and Supportive.





- A genuine passion for working with children of all ages and providing excellent service.

- A positive, friendly and can-do attitude.

- Enjoy working as part of a team and always ready to lend a hand.

- A high standard of grooming and presentation.

- Currently hold, or be able to obtain, a Blue Card, RSA and RSG.

- Flexible availability, particularly evenings and weekends.

- Cert III in Child Care, is an advantage, but not essential

- Experience in a similar role is fantastic, but not essential — we’re happy to train the right person!
