This long – established, prominent, supplier of timber frames and trusses into the south - east QLD housing and renovation market is seeking an experienced leader to direct and manage its business. The site services it's builder clients in an efficient and effective manner taking full advantage of it's prominent location. The role will appeal to candidates with a hands - on style; who are looking for variety and challenge and with the skills and determination to ensure operational and service standards are at industry - leading levels.

Reporting to the group operations manager, this is a result - focused role with responsibilities for:

- Day to day management of the site.

- Setting the standards and leading the team

- Engaging with clients and managing their needs





- Development and maintenance of superior customer service levels.

- Providing a safe and meaningful working environment.

To be successful as a candidate you must demonstrate:

- Team leadership experience

- Relevant frame and truss management experience.

- Customer focus with attention to detail essential.

- Hands – on management style and excellent people skills

- Initiative and drive and the capacity to work autonomously.

- Effective negotiation and communication skills
