Place Albany Creek is looking for an experienced Property Manager to join our growing Property Management team.

We’re looking for someone who knows their way around a portfolio, takes pride in doing things properly and enjoys building strong relationships with owners, tenants and trades.

ABOUT THE ROLE

As a Property Manager, you’ll be responsible for the day-to-day management of your portfolio including:

• Managing a portfolio of residential properties from end to end

• Building and maintaining strong relationships with owners and tenants

• Coordinating repairs and maintenance

• Conducting routine inspections and following up maintenance items

• Managing lease renewals, rent reviews and tenancy agreements

• Managing leasing and new tenancies

• Conducting entry and exit inspections

• Handling tenancy matters and compliance requirements

• Liaising with trades, contractors and suppliers

• Keeping accurate records and maintaining high-quality property files

• Providing a high level of service to owners and tenants

ABOUT YOU

We’re looking for someone with at least 1–2 years' previous Property Management experience who is confident managing their own workload and takes ownership of their responsibilities.

• A strong work ethic and a genuine willingness to get things done

• The ability to work autonomously while still being a team player

• Excellent attention to detail and strong organisational skills

• Valuable communication and problem-solving skills

• A friendly and approachable demeanour
