The opportunity

We're looking for an experienced Release Analyst to lead and coordinate, govern, and drive technology releases across our customer platforms and supporting systems.

Reporting to the Lead, Customer and Asset Environments, you will take ownership of release planning, governance, coordination, and deployment activities across complex technology environments. You'll be responsible for ensuring releases are delivered in a controlled, traceable,



and high-quality manner while supporting ongoing operational stability.

Responsibilities

- Own and manage release plans, calendars, and deployment schedules.
- Coordinate release activities across development, testing, architecture, business, and vendor teams.
- Facilitate release readiness reviews, CAB approvals, and Go/No-Go decisions.
- Manage deployment activities, environment promotions, rollback plans, and release documentation.
- Monitor release risks, issues, dependencies, and resolution activities.
- Support incident management and post-release validation activities.
- Maintain release governance, audit trails, and compliance requirements.

Skills & Experience

- Essential experience in Release Management, Change Management, or a similar technology delivery role.
- Deep understanding of ITIL processes, including change, incident, problem, and release management.
- Experience coordinating complex releases across multiple systems and stakeholders.
- Effective planning, risk management, and problem-solving capability.
- Ability to influence outcomes and build effective relationships with technical teams, business stakeholders, and vendors.




- Confident and influential communicator with a collaborative and persuasive approach, able to lead complex stakeholder discussions, build consensus, negotiate mutually beneficial outcomes, and appropriately challenge perspectives.
- Experience working with databases such as Oracle, SQL Server, or NoSQL environments.
- Experience using Jira and Confluence to manage release activities, track work, maintain documentation and support collaboration across delivery teams.
- Relevant tertiary qualification or equivalent industry experience
