About the role
We are looking for an enthusiastic Internal Sales Representative to join our Orange team.

This is a outstanding prospect for someone with sales or customer-service experience who enjoys building relationships, solving problems and working in a fast-paced branch environment.

You will work closely with customers and the wider branch team to provide responsive, accurate service and support business growth.

Duties and Responsibilities:

- Processing customer orders via phone and email accurately and efficiently
- Responding to product, pricing, stock, delivery, and account enquiries
- Building strong, lasting customer relationships
- Assisting with pick packing to support timely deliveries
- Supporting the wider branch team to achieve shared goals

Skills and experience:
To be successful, you will bring:

- Proven customer service, sales or warehouse experience
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Intermediate computer skills and confidence learning new systems
- The ability to manage competing priorities in a busy environment
- A proactive, reliable and team-oriented approach
- A mechanical aptitude or knowledge of bearings and power transmission products is advantageous, but not essential
