We’re now looking for an experienced RV Sales Consultant to join the team and help us build this exciting new operation from the ground up.

Backed by Bartons Motor Group, you’ll have the opportunity to combine your RV sales experience with the strength, reputation and resources of one of Queensland’s established family-owned automotive groups.

?️ THE ROLE

You’ll help customers turn their travel dreams into reality by matching them with the right caravan, motorhome or RV.

You’ll manage the complete sales journey — from enquiry and product presentation through to negotiation, sale and handover.

Your day will include:

- Managing showroom, phone and online enquiries

- Following up leads and maintaining an active pipeline





- Understanding customer travel and lifestyle requirements

- Presenting and demonstrating RV products

- Negotiating and closing sales

- Building strong customer relationships

- Achieving sales and gross profit targets

- Delivering an exceptional customer experience

? WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR

Experience matters.

We’re looking for a proven RV salesperson who already understands the industry and knows how to convert enquiries into sales.

You’ll ideally bring:
