About the role

This is a full time position for a Precast Patcher/Caulker/Install Labourer. Most works are located at various sites across Metro Melbourne, with our yard based in Coburg North.

Key responsibilities

- Mixing and pumping flowable grout to fill precast panel grout tubes, including the use of mixers and grout pumps and various panel grout, GP and high-strength grout products

- Mixing and placement of grout to the required consistency for precast panel grout beds, including trowelling and finishing to achieve a clean finish

- Patching of precast panels using lightweight patch and fairing coat

- Caulking of precast panels using polyurethane and fire rated caulk

- General site duties associated with precast installation and set out

- Picking up materials from our warehouse in Coburg North and ongoing management of tools and materials





- Travel from site to site

- Punctual arrival to site

About you

- Driver's License and own reliable vehicle

- White Card

- EWP ticket

- Minimum 2 Years experience with grouting, patching and caulking precast is essential

- Able to follow instructions and work autonomously

- Hard working with valuable work ethic

- Durable and unwavering work output

- Reliable and punctual

- Meet deadlines and fulfil job specific requirements

- Competency with tools

- Communication skills

- Adherence to OH&S; and SWMS
