Wiluna West | FIFO | Mining & Resources

We are seeking an experienced Superintendent Electrical & NPI to provide leadership across electrical maintenance, non-process infrastructure (NPI), and Crushing & Screening infrastructure at our Wiluna West Operations.

This is a senior leadership role responsible for ensuring site infrastructure and electrical systems are safe, compliant, reliable and fit for purpose, while overseeing maintenance, projects, contractors and continuous improvement initiatives.

About the Role

Reporting to senior site leadership, you will provide strategic and operational oversight across NPI, camp and village infrastructure, mine infrastructure, Crushing & Screening and electrical systems, including HV electrical systems across Fixed Plant and Mobile Maintenance.

You will also act as the Company's Management Representative under its Electrical Contractor's Licence, ensuring appropriate electrical governance, systems and compliance are maintained.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead the maintenance, repair and improvement of NPI and site infrastructure.

- Oversee camp, village, mine and supporting site facilities.

- Provide leadership across electrical maintenance activities, including HV systems.

- Ensure electrical works, isolations, HV switching and testing are completed safely and compliantly.

- Manage infrastructure, electrical and NPI projects from planning through to completion.

- Develop scopes, budgets, schedules and resource plans for projects.

- Manage contractors, suppliers and external service providers.

- Lead and develop employees and contractors within the Electrical & NPI function.

- Maintain electrical licensing, compliance and governance requirements.

- Support safety, audits, inspections, incident investigations and risk management.

- Monitor maintenance performance, budgets, asset condition and infrastructure risks.

- Drive continuous improvement across electrical governance,



asset management and infrastructure reliability.

About You

To be successful in this role, you will have:

- Demonstrated experience in a Superintendent or senior infrastructure/maintenance leadership role within mining, resources, construction or heavy industry.

- Strong experience managing electrical maintenance and infrastructure activities.

- Experience with mining NPI or remote mine-site infrastructure.

- Experience across camp, mine, fixed plant and/or mobile plant infrastructure.

- Strong knowledge of HV and LV electrical systems, safety, compliance and licensing requirements.

- Strong leadership, communication and stakeholder management skills.

- High-level planning, problem-solving and technical troubleshooting capability.

- A strong commitment to safety, compliance and operational discipline.

Essential Qualifications & Requirements

- Certificate III in Electrotechnology Electrician or equivalent.

- Current Western Australian Electrical Worker's Licence.

- Eligibility and competency to be appointed as Management Representative under the Company's Electrical Contractor's Licence.

- Current Australian Driver's Licence.

- Current First Aid, CPR and Low Voltage Rescue certification.

- Ability to satisfy company and site medical, drug and alcohol, and fitness-for-work requirements.

Experience with HV switching, relevant HV authorisations, Section 26 statutory supervision, project management or relevant trade/engineering qualifications will be highly regarded.
