At MVSI, we're a startup, but we global, and growing quickly. We build SaaS products that help organisation's make better onboarding and trust decisions, and we deliver verification services for customers. With growth comes change, evolution, refinement. We are looking for a Business Analyst - Transformation Manager to just that, who wants to get into the detail, work with truly great people across our business, and turn promising ideas into real improvements.

One day you might be with a team redesigning a process that slows them down. The next you could be selecting a new system that improves our operational capability and productivity. Then you might be with our product team shaping a new feature for OnBoard or Gatekeeper, including work with AI and our AIQ engine. You will see a wide range of problems and have the chance to help solve them.

This is a hands-on role. You will investigate, write, organise, test ideas, follow up and help get changes into use.

What you will do

Get close to the problem: listen to users, map what happens today, uncover the cause of friction and define what a better outcome looks like.

Turn an idea into action: clarify scope, write requirements, build a practical plan, coordinate contributors and keep decisions and delivery moving.

Research and compare systems and suppliers, run demonstrations or pilots, assess trade-offs and recommend a way forward.

Write processes and procedures people can use, as well as product workflows, user stories, acceptance criteria and rollout material.

Partner with Product, Engineering, QA and operational teams to shape, test and launch features, including AI and AIQ capabilities.

Check that the change has landed: support training and handover, seek feedback and measure whether it made things better.

What you bring





Hands-on experience delivering business, technology or product improvements. Around 3–6 years is a useful guide, but we care more about what you have personally achieved.

Strong analysis and clear writing: you can turn a messy discussion into an understandable process, requirement or recommendation. Spreadsheets, data exports, and project management wont be new concepts for you.

The ability to organise work and people, handle competing priorities and follow through without creating unnecessary bureaucracy.

Confidence is key, ownership is a thing. You'll be empowered and in control, talking to frontline users, senior leaders, technical teams and even suppliers.

Curiosity and sound judgment: Have you played a lot of darts Ted? You can learn an unfamiliar area quickly through your natural curiosity, ask good questions and know when to escalate a decision.

You could come from business analysis, project delivery, product operations, implementation or process improvement. Experience in B2B SaaS, regulated services, vendor selection or AI-enabled workflows would be useful. We do not expect you to arrive as an expert in every area we work in, and we will support your career development every step of the way.
