Due to growth, we are seeking to recruit several permanent full-time Day Shift Machine Operators to join a reputable manufacturing business based in Yatala.

Yatala is a fantastic location to work as it is only an approximate 25 to 30 minute straight freeway drive whether you are coming from either Brisbane or the Gold Coast!

These Machine Operator roles are suitable for experienced production employees who enjoy working in a hands-on environment and can contribute to a safe, productive and quality-focused operation.

We are sourcing candidates who have experience using machinery located within specialist FMCG Manufacturing environments such as packaging, printing or food production (highly desirable).

Key Responsibilities

- Operate machinery and production equipment safely

- Assist with machine setup and changeovers

- Monitor product quality and production flow

- Identify and report faults or operating issues

- Maintain a clean and safe work area

- Work collaboratively with team members and supervisors

About You

You will ideally bring:

- Previous experience in a Machine Operation capacity





- Exposure to packaging, print, manufacturing, food production, or similar industrial environments

- Good problem-solving ability and mechanical aptitude

- A strong commitment to workplace safety and quality

- Reliability, consistency and a solid work ethic

- The ability to work effectively in a fast-paced production setting
