About the role

New Farm Bowls Club is looking for enthusiastic and experienced Duty Managers and Bar Staff to join our team. Whether you're looking for regular shifts or extra work over the Christmas period, we'd love to hear from you!

Key responsibilities

Duty Manager:

- Oversee the club and lead the team

- Provide excellent customer service

- Manage busy periods

- Closing duties

Bar Staff:

- Work with people and create a great atmosphere

- Work evenings and weekends when required

About you

Duty Manager:

- Current RSA/RSG required for relevant duties

- Previous hospitality, bar or supervisory experience

- Strong customer service and communication skills

- Ability to confidently lead a team and manage busy periods

Bar Staff:

- Current RSA

- Bar or hospitality experience preferred





- Friendly and confident personality

- Reliable and able to work as part of a team

- Willingness to work evenings and weekends when required
