Paramount Fabrication is seeking a high quality-focused, versatile tradesperson to join our growing team.

Based in our well-equipped workshop in Bibra Lake, Paramount Fabrication provides specialist fabrication services to clients across Western Australia. Our work ranges from general fabrication through to complex custom projects, giving our team exposure to a broad and rewarding variety of work.

This role is ideal for a highly capable tradesperson who enjoys seeing a job through from drawings to finished product, working in a workshop that values quality, efficiency, and strong team culture.

About the Role

You'll run ferrous & non-ferrous fabrication jobs from start to finish: reading drawings, preparing aluminium, stainless and mild steel material, completing fabrication, TIG/MIG welding and delivering a clean, high-quality finished product.

This role suits an experienced TIG/MIG fabricator and welder who can work independently with aluminium, stainless steel and other non-ferrous materials.

The work is varied and compelling, with a broad range of alloy fabrication projects that need precision, clean workmanship and close attention to detail.

• Is comfortable completing jobs from drawings through to finished product
• Confident with TIG welding processes

Skills & Experience Required

• Trade-qualified Fabricator / Boilermaker
• Demonstrated high-level TIG welding ability on aluminium and stainless steel — this is the core requirement for the role
• Minimum 4+ years post-apprenticeship workshop experience, with solid alloy fabrication exposure
• Ability to read and interpret advanced isometric drawings
• Ability to work independently and take ownership jobs from start to finish
• Proficiency in MIG welding is essential
• Ability to pass a practical TIG & MIG weld test on alloy & mild steel material
• Ability to pass medical and D&A; screening if required
• Full Australian working rights

• Fabrication of a wide range of projects and materials
• Complete jobs independently from drawing through to finished product
• Work within allocated job timeframes
• Operate workshop equipment including:

- Brake Press

- Plate Roller

• Maintain high quality standards and attention to detail
• Maintain a clean and safe workshop environment
• Contribute positively to team culture and workshop discussions
