Client Services Coordinator & Graphic Designer – Print & Prepress Artwork

⭐ A Diverse Client Services + Graphic Designer (Print Artwork) Role

Kwik Kopy Blacktown is a well-established local print centre helping businesses with print, signage and branded merchandise.

We’re looking for a capable, organised Client Services Coordinator with confident Adobe Illustrator and InDesign skills for practical print artwork (Advanced conceptual or creative design skills are not necessary).

This is primarily a client services and job coordination role (75%), supported by practical graphic design and prepress artwork (25%).

You’ll join a friendly small team where people take ownership, stay organised and keep things moving.

? What You’ll Do

Client Services & Coordination (Primary)

- Respond to customer enquiries by email, phone and in person

- Prepare quotes, invoices and job documentation

- Coordinate print and signage jobs from start to finish

- Keep multiple jobs organised and on track

- Maintain accurate files and records

- Assist with occasional physical tasks (lifting/moving boxes)

Graphic Design & Prepress Artwork (Secondary)

- Prepare print-ready artwork in Adobe Illustrator and InDesign

- Make layout, typesetting and artwork adjustments

- Check and fix common print issues such as sizing, fonts, resolution, colour and bleed

- Ensure files are accurate and production-ready





- Assist with occasional new design work

- Excellent accuracy and attention to details

- Is organised and comfortable with a busy day

- Can manage multiple tasks and interruptions while staying on top of things

- Has solid everyday Adobe Illustrator and InDesign skills

- Takes responsibility for getting jobs completed properly

- Can work independently once trained

This role suits someone who is robust in client service, administration & coordination, with solid, everyday Adobe Illustrator and Indesign capability. Advanced creative design skills aren’t required.

Print experience is a bonus, but not essential — we’ll train you in our products, systems and workflows.

This is not a sales role — no cold calling.
