About the Role

At Cachet Group, we deliver thoughtful, high-quality spaces across workplace and commercial assets. As a Site Manager, you will lead the day-to-day delivery of commercial fitout projects, taking ownership from site establishment through to handover. By driving progress, coordinating teams, and maintaining the highest standards of safety, quality, and efficiency, you will play a key role in delivering successful projects and representing Cachet with professionalism and integrity.

This is an ideal role for someone who is a proactive and organised leader with strong stakeholder management, communication, and problem-solving skills, and a proven ability to successfully deliver construction projects in a rapid-paced environment.

What You'll Be Doing

- Lead and manage all on-site activity from start to finish - own your project.

- Coordinate with Project Managers, subcontractors, suppliers, consultants, and key stakeholders.

- Ensure full compliance with health & safety regulations; maintain a safe, well-run site always.

- Monitor progress, identify risks or delays early, and implement corrective actions where required.

- Monitor programme, budget and resource use to ensure efficient, cost-effective delivery.

- Conduct regular site inspections and quality checks to uphold Cachet’s standards of excellence.

- Maintain accurate site reporting, documentation, and communication.

About You

- Proven experience of 5+ years as a Site Manager, delivering new build and refurbishment commercial projects.

- Hold a QBCC Site Supervisor Licence (Mid Rise or above) and a current First Aid Certificate.

- Strong understanding of construction methodologies, industry regulations,



compliance requirements, and quality standards.

- Confident in reading and interpreting technical drawings, specifications, and contract documentation.

- A clear and effective communicator who can build solid working relationships with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and internal teams.

- An adaptable leader with a practical, solutions-focused approach and the ability to make sound decisions under pressure.
