Asset Manager Brisbane | Contract Opportunity

We’re seeking an experienced Asset Manager to join a busy team responsible for the effective management of a diverse property portfolio.

This is a great opportunity for an experienced property or asset management professional who enjoys working across strategic asset management, projects, financial management and stakeholder engagement.

What you’ll be doing:

- Manage a diverse property and asset portfolio
- Provide strategic asset management advice to internal and external stakeholders
- Identify and oversee major and minor works projects and programs
- Manage budgets, revenue and expenditure across the portfolio
- Review property data and provide informed recommendations
- Undertake property inspections and assess asset requirements
- Identify and manage property risks and opportunities
- Prepare reports, briefings, submissions and correspondence for senior stakeholders
- Build strong relationships with clients, contractors, consultants and other stakeholders

What we’re looking for:

- Government experience is highly desirable, particularly Queensland Government
- Demonstrated experience in property or asset management
- Experience managing a large or diverse property portfolio
- Robust project and program management experience
- Experience managing budgets and financial outcomes
- Ability to analyse property data and translate it into practical recommendations
- Strong communication, negotiation and stakeholder management skills
- Relevant property, asset management, facilities, construction or related experience
