Job Description

- 1 x Permanent, full-time | Can be based at any AIPC campus (Syd, Adl, Sunshine Coast, Bris, Perth, Melb, GC)
- Hybrid working arrangements (4 from office, 1 from home)
- $1,000 annual professional development allowance

Key Responsibilities:

- Build positive relationships with prospective students, their families, and stakeholders, providing a friendly and supportive environment
- Guide students through the enrolment process, answering their queries, and ensuring a smooth transition into their chosen programmes
- Promote our brand and educational offerings by connecting with organisations, schools, and the local community through outreach and marketing activities
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless communication and efficient operations
- Maintain accurate records and databases, demonstrating attention to detail and organisational skills
- Continuously seek opportunities to motivate and inspire students,



helping them achieve their educational and career aspirations

Qualifications

The successful candidate will:

- Have strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with people at all levels and understand diverse student needs
- Have high sales and engagement capability, including asking quality questions and generating leads
- Be highly organised with strong time management, demonstrating a results-driven and goal-oriented approach
- Be passionate for education and supporting people, particularly within primary industries
- Be adaptable and proactive, with solid computer literacy, willingness to learn, and experience in customer-facing or sales environments
- Have a WWCC employee or willingness to obtain
