What you'll do

As an Enrolled Nurse at TDHS, you'll provide compassionate, person centred nursing care that supports the physical and emotional wellbeing of our patients. Working under the direction of a Registered Nurse, you'll deliver evidence based care within your scope of practice and work closely with the wider healthcare team to support positive patient outcomes.

Your role will include maintaining accurate and timely clinical documentation, communicating changes in patient needs and contributing to a safe and supportive care environment. You'll also participate in quality improvement activities and uphold infection prevention and control standards, helping us continually improve the care we provide.

About You

You'll be an Enrolled Nurse with current AHPRA registration and a caring, respectful approach that helps patients and their families feel welcome and supported. You'll understand the importance of working within your scope of practice, taking responsibility for your care and seeking guidance when needed.

A motivated team member, you'll bring strong communication skills, a willingness to learn and a commitment to ongoing professional development. You'll be comfortable using computer systems to maintain accurate patient records and able to undertake shift work as required.
