About the role

We are seeking an enthusiastic Hospitality All Rounder to join our team in Stafford, QLD. This is a casual position offering flexibility and the opportunity to develop diverse skills across our hospitality operations. As a Hospitality All Rounder, you will be the backbone of our service delivery, supporting both front-of-house and back-of-house operations. You will work in a quick-paced workplace where adaptability, customer service excellence, and attention to detail are essential. This role is perfect for someone seeking casual work with varied responsibilities and the chance to build experience across multiple hospitality functions.

Key responsibilities

- Providing excellent customer service across bar, restaurant, and café areas, ensuring guests feel welcomed and valued

- Taking food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently, and delivering items promptly to guests

- Preparing and serving beverages, including cocktails, spirits, wines, and non-alcoholic drinks, in accordance with established standards

- Maintaining bar operations including stocktaking, inventory management, and ensuring adequate supplies are available

- Clearing, cleaning, and resetting tables in a timely manner to maintain a clean and inviting dining environment

- Supporting kitchen operations when required,



including basic food preparation and plating

- Operating point-of-sale systems accurately and processing payments securely

- Adhering to responsible service of alcohol practices and all relevant health, safety, and hygiene regulations

- Assisting with general venue maintenance and setup for special events or peak service periods

- Working collaboratively with team members to ensure smooth operations during busy shifts

- Working in Gaming room, fixing poker machines

- Tab experience

What we're looking for

- Previous experience in hospitality, bar, gaming. tab or restaurant environments is highly desirable

- Strong knowledge of beverages, including popular cocktails, wines, spirits, and coffee preparation

- Sound knowledge of gaming

- Excellent customer service skills with a genuine passion for creating positive guest experiences

- The ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail

- Proficiency with point-of-sale systems and electronic payment methods

- Sound understanding of responsible service of alcohol practices and relevant hospitality regulations

- Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively as part of a diverse team

- Physical capability to stand for extended periods and handle trays, glassware, and equipment safely

- Flexibility to work varying shifts, including evenings, weekends,



and public holidays as required

- A positive attitude, willingness to learn, and adaptability to different roles and responsibilities

- Current or willingness to obtain relevant hospitality certifications such as RSA (Responsible Service of Alcohol) and RSG
