About the Role

As our first Supervisor, you will play a foundational role in Kinbuild Partners’ growth, helping shape how projects are structured, and delivered.

You will play a key role in managing the delivery of insurance repair projects, ensuring works are completed safely, on time and to a high standard.

With a portfolio of projects you will be responsible for the coordination of subcontractors, communication with customers and insurers, and effective cost management to deliver quality outcomes. This hands-on role combines site supervision, stakeholder management and project coordination, requiring solid communication, organisation and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

Key Responsibilities

· Supervise insurance repair projects maintaining adherence to service level agreements and KPI.

· Lead and coordinate on-site trades and subcontractors to ensure efficient, cost effective, high-quality project delivery.

· Manage multiple projects simultaneously, maintaining schedules, budgets and project plans.

· Liaise with internal and external stakeholders providing clear updates and managing expectations.

· Monitor site safety and ensure compliance with building codes, regulations and HSEQ standards.

· Maintain accurate site documentation, reporting and system updates throughout the lifecycle of all projects.

About You

· Experience in a Supervisor role within insurance repair environments

· Builder’s Licence (preferred), White Card, and current driver’s licence

· Strong understanding of building practices, codes and safety requirements

· Proven ability to lead teams, manage trades and multiple projects in a fast-paced environment

· Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills – not afraid to have a difficult conversation





· High attention to detail with strong written and verbal communication skills

· Ability to manage competing priorities and perform in a fast-paced environment

· A genuine interest in, or commitment to, supporting and contributing to a First Nations-owned organisation and its purpose of creating long-term opportunity and impact
