About the Role
As our HR Business Partner, you'll partner with leaders across the business to deliver practical people solutions that support our strategic objectives and help shape the employee experience.

We're currently recruiting for two new HR Business Partners to join our growing People, Culture & Capability team. Both roles require a strong focus on business partnering in the areas of employee relations, performance and capability, as well as supporting our leaders to grow and develop their teams.

One role, along with the above will seek a person with strong experience working hands on with enterprise agreements, modern awards, union negotiations and have experience dealing with any litigation matters.

The other role will also have strong business partnering focus but will have sound knowledge, skills and experience in the area of employee wellbeing, diversity and inclusion and engagement.

What will you do?
In this role, you will:

- Build trusted partnerships with leaders to understand business priorities and deliver aligned people solutions
- Provide expert advice and coaching across employee relations matters, including performance management, grievances, investigations, disciplinary matters and workplace conflict resolution
- Support leaders with enterprise agreement and award interpretation, ensuring compliance with employment legislation and organisational policies
- Partner with leaders to drive performance, capability development and meaningful employee lifecycle experiences
- Promote and support workplace wellbeing, engagement and diversity and inclusion initiatives
- Assist leaders through organisational change activities,



providing guidance and support to achieve successful outcomes
- Analyse workforce data and people metrics to identify trends, risks and opportunities and inform decision-making

What do I need?
To succeed in this role, you will need:

- Tertiary qualifications in Human Resources, Business or a related discipline
- Minimum 4-5 years' experience in a HR Business Partnering role
- Sound knowledge of Australian employment legislation, modern awards, enterprise agreements and employee relations practices
- Proven experience supporting leaders through complex employee relations, performance management, disciplinary matters and workplace investigations
- Experience working in enterprise agreement environments (essential) and providing industrial relations advice
- Highly developed stakeholder engagement, influencing and consultation skills
- Robust analytical and problem-solving capabilities with the ability to balance people outcomes and business needs
- Experience within health insurance, general insurance, education or member-based organisations will be advantageous
