The Head of the TMO leads strategy, portfolio governance, value management, and enterprise architecture for Amman Digital. The role oversees how digital initiatives are prioritized, funded, delivered, and measured to ensure they align with business objectives and generate tangible value.

- Lead portfolio governance by overseeing all initiatives through the Initiate, Select, Execute, and Operate gates, establishing business case and funding prioritization standards, maintaining the enterprise portfolio and roadmap, providing explicit portfolio insights to the Steering Committee, and managing initiative flow in line with organizational delivery and change capacity.

- Own the vendor and sourcing strategy by defining buy versus build decisions, selecting and governing delivery partners, and overseeing the enterprise IT operating budget and key vendor contracts to ensure commercial value, financial transparency, and informed investment decisions for the CDIO.

- Build and lead the TMO, providing leadership to the Enterprise Architect, Portfolio Manager, Vendor & Sourcing Manager, and IT Commercial & Finance Lead, while developing team capability, mentoring talent, and strengthening architectural expertise to build sustainable senior-level capability within the function.

Job Requirements:

- Minimum Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, or other relevant discipline. A relevant postgraduate qualification is preferred.

- Minimum 10 years of experience in transformation, portfolio,



or program leadership, with a proven track record of governing large-scale change portfolios, managing investment decision-making processes, tracking value realization, and providing delivery assurance to ensure strategic outcomes are achieved.

- Proven track record in owning stage-gate governance and business case discipline, providing executives with an independent and objective view of delivery performance, risk, and value realization; experience in enterprise architecture and vendor governance is strongly preferred given the broad scope and cross-functional responsibilities of the office.

- Experience in mining, processing, energy, or other asset-intensive industries is advantageous; however, the primary requirement is a demonstrated track record in portfolio management, value realization, investment governance, and enterprise architecture governance within complex organizational environments.
