Key responsibilities

- Respond to customer enquiries via phone and email

- Prepare and follow up on quotations

- Process sales orders accurately and efficiently

- Provide product information, pricing, and lead times





- Liaise with production and dispatch teams to ensure timely delivery

- Maintain accurate CRM records

- Support external sales representatives as required

What we're looking for:

- Previous experience in internal sales or customer service, ideally in industrial or technical products

- Strong communication and relationship skills

- Customer focused with a proactive approach

- Ability to work in collaboration with other team members to achieve the same goal

- Comfortable in learning technical product details
