The role
We are looking for an experienced Product Manager – Managed Applications & Data to take end-to-end ownership of Brennan’s portfolio across application managed services, integration and application development, data platforms and pipelines, and analytics and reporting.

This is a genuine product ownership role. You’ll set the roadmap, use data to determine priorities, shape scalable services and make evidence-based decisions about what gets built, changed, rationalised or retired. You’ll also play a key role in identifying how AI can improve both the way you work and the products Brennan takes to market.





Based in Sydney, Brisbane or Melbourne.

Your key responsibilities:

- Own and drive the roadmap for the Managed Applications & Data portfolio.
- Shape and evolve managed services across business applications, integration, data platforms, pipelines, analytics and reporting.
- Use adoption, attach, cost-to-serve, churn and other product data to identify opportunities and make evidence-based product decisions.
- Define scalable and repeatable services, balancing customer needs with commercial viability and operational deliverability.
- Identify where emerging AI capabilities can enhance the product portfolio and apply AI tooling to your own product practice.
- Drive current and changed products through launch readiness.
- Partner with Pre-Sales, Sales,



Delivery and Service Operations to ensure products are sellable, scalable and operable as designed.
- Measure product performance against the original business case and use the results to guide future investment and portfolio decisions.
- Define how application managed services are scoped and priced across diverse customer environments.
- Shape how Brennan’s data and AI capabilities are packaged, secured, governed and commercialised, aligned with relevant platform partner roadmaps.

What you will bring:

- 5–8 years’ experience in product management or product ownership, ideally within IT services, managed services or a technology vendor environment.
- Demonstrated ownership of a product roadmap.
- Strong applications and data domain knowledge, including application managed services, integration, data platforms and analytics.
- Strong data-led decision-making skills and the ability to independently interrogate data and turn insights into action.
- Commercial literacy across pricing inputs, cost-to-serve, margin mechanics and business cases.
- Strong written communication skills, particularly in creating clear product and service documentation.
- The ability to influence and drive decisions without relying on direct authority.
- A track record of working independently in ambiguity, creating structure and taking accountability for outcomes.
- AI fluency is highly regarded, whether through AI-enabled products or using AI tools to improve research, analysis, documentation and your own productivity.
