We are looking for experienced chefs who are ready to travel, work hard, and earn well while seeing parts of Australia most people only drive through. These are not glamorous resort contracts. Regional pub work is real, honest cooking. If that sounds like your kind of work, you will fit right in.

What We Are Looking For

- Chefs who can hit the ground running.



The ability to work independently and keep standards high without supervision is essential.
- You need a minimum of 3 years of post-apprenticeship experience in a commercial kitchen with solid bistro and à la carte skills.
- Experience in a regional, country, or high-volume pub environment.
- Be physically fit and comfortable with remote or semi-remote living for the duration of a contract. If you have a valid driver's licence, this is also a bonus.
- Reliability is everything in regional work. A venue that is three hours from the nearest city cannot recover from a no-show. If you accept a contract, you see it through.
