About the Role

As a Plumber, you will be responsible for completing a range of residential plumbing and maintenance work across the Gold Coast. This is a diverse, hands-on role suited to a plumber who enjoys dealing directly with customers, diagnosing issues and delivering quality workmanship. You will be supported by an established business with work scheduled for you, meaning you can focus on doing the job rather than chasing your next one.

Key Responsibilities

- Carry out residential plumbing repairs, maintenance and installations
- Attend scheduled maintenance and service jobs across the Gold Coast
- Diagnose plumbing faults and determine appropriate solutions
- Complete repairs to hot water systems, taps, toilets, leaks and general plumbing
- Carry out maintenance and repair work across residential properties
- Complete minor installations and replacement works
- Liaise professionally with customers and provide a high level of service




- Maintain accurate job notes and documentation
- Ensure all work is completed safely, efficiently and to a high standard
- Maintain company vehicle, tools and equipment
- Follow relevant plumbing standards, regulations and company procedures

Skills & Experience

- Qualified and licensed Plumber
- Previous experience in residential plumbing and maintenance
- Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills
- Good knowledge of general plumbing systems and repairs
- Professional presentation and strong customer service skills
- Ability to work independently and manage your daily workload
- Strong communication skills
- Current driver's license
- Reliable, punctual and committed to quality workmanship
