About the role

Summer is our busiest season. Weddings, events and weekend crowds fill the estate from spring through to autumn, and we're growing our kitchen team to match. We're looking for casual chefs who want to be part of it.

You'll work across our venues alongside an experienced team led by our Estate Executive Chef Luis Benavides, cooking dishes that show off fresh ingredients and pair with our wines. It's fast-paced, varied and a great place to build your skills.

What you'll be doing

- Preparing and cooking dishes to our recipes and quality standards

- Prepping ingredients, including chopping, marinating and organising your section

- Plating and presenting dishes to a high standard

- Helping deliver large-scale event and wedding service during peak season

- Keeping your work areas and equipment clean and hygienic





- Following food safety procedures at all times

- Working closely with and taking direction from senior chefs

What we're looking for

- A culinary qualification or solid experience in a professional kitchen

- Food safety knowledge, with a food handling certificate a bonus

- Someone who stays calm and focused when it's busy

- Attention to detail and pride in consistent, quality food

- A team player with good communication skills

- Positive stamina for long shifts on your feet

- Availability across weekends, public holidays and the summer peak

- A genuine love of hospitality
