About the Opportunity

Haynes People is currently seeking an experienced Service Driver to join our valued client in Glendenning, NSW.

This is a fantastic chance to become part of a professional team where your skills are valued and your contribution makes a difference. You'll enjoy a supportive work environment, hands-on experience, and the opportunity to secure ongoing employment for the right candidate.

- Roster: Monday to Friday
- Hours: 5:30am start, finish time dependent on daily run requirements (Minimum 7.36 hours per day)
- Pay Rate: $45.00/hr + penalties
- Duration: Short term assignment from 30 October 2026 to 8 January 2027 minus shutdown period between Christmas and New Year

What You'll be Doing

- Driving and operating a HR vacuum/pump truck
- Pumping out and cleaning portable toilet units
- Delivering, collecting and servicing portable toilets on scheduled routes
- Replenishing consumables and maintaining hygiene standards
- Disposing of waste at approved facilities
- Conducting pre-start vehicle and inspections (including Hiab crane if applicable)
- Completing service records and required paperwork
- Delivering a high standard of customer service on site
- Adhering to all safety and environmental requirements

About You





To be successful in this role, you will have:

- Current HR Licence (essential)
- Previous experience driving heavy vehicles
- Ability to work autonomously and manage daily schedules
- Strong commitment to safety and compliance
- Good communication and customer service skills
- Experience operating vacuum, pump-out or liquid waste trucks will be highly regarded
- Forklift Licence is highly regarded
- Experience using Hiab crane equipment highly regarded
