About the Role
As the Shop Manager, you will head up a team of dedicated volunteers and retail assistants providing exceptional customer service whilst ensuring the shop is well presented and merchandised. You will drive sales through creative ideas to make the shop vibrant, welcoming and a draw card for new and returning customers. You will attract, retain, and train a dedicate team of volunteers and retail assistants, creating an inclusive environment whilst ensuring compliance with policies and procedures. In this hands-on role, you will be able showcase your style and flair.

The benefits include with this role are (but not limited to):
• $32.66ph + Super
• Salary Sacrifice available which can substantially increase take home pay.
• Full-Time position on offer 38 hrs per week!

• Located in Toowoomba

To be successful you will have:
• Experience in retail with responsibilities including merchandising, staffing, meeting budgets and customer service
• Clear and effective communication skills
• Highly developed interpersonal skills
• Ability to maintain a high level of customer service, work autonomously and prioritise workloads




• An understanding of training and working with volunteers along with an understanding of Workplace Health and Safety obligations
