Join a market-leading global brand as a Growth Marketing Specialist in our Sydney office. This role is a critical pillar of our digital performance team, allowing you to manage high-impact paid campaigns, own key stakeholder relationships, and optimise sales funnel performance across the ANZ region.

What will your day look like?

- Build, launch and optimise high-impact Paid Search campaigns from the ground up, applying best-practice account structure, conversion tracking, bidding strategies, audience and keyword targeting, and systematic creative testing.
- Take full ownership of full-funnel paid performance, proactively tracking pacing, resolving data fluctuations, and driving optimisations that push performance metrics beyond standard delivery.
- Partner with Sales and Finance to ensure marketing-generated leads convert efficiently into quality meetings by auditing sales calls to provide actionable insights that lower No Sales Opportunity (NSO) rates.
- Manage, troubleshoot, and optimise integrations between Salesforce Google Ads and Microsoft Ads to ensure flawless attribution and data flow.
- Work alongside Growth Marketing leadership to build data-led growth strategies, consistently managing daily/weekly reporting and presenting insights to key business stakeholders.

What we’re looking for:





- Proven hands-on experience managing and optimising complex Paid Search campaigns to meet monthly revenue objectives.
- Strong technical confidence managing data integrations between Salesforce and ad platforms, ensuring accurate tracking and lead pipeline efficiency.
- Ability to audit end-to-end pipelines (from ad click to sales conversion), flag performance declines early, and resolve them independently.
- Excellent communication skills to work cross-functionally with senior leaders, finance teams, and international sales divisions.
- An organised self-starter who can effectively prioritise daily optimisation tasks based on overall business impact.
