About the Role

As River Road Tavern team member, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service while ensuring a welcoming, safe, and enjoyable setting for patrons.

Key Responsibilities

Gaming Attendants

- Provide friendly and professional service to gaming patrons.

- Monitor gaming areas and ensure compliance with venue policies and regulations.

- Process payouts and assist customers with gaming enquiries.

- Maintain a clean, safe, and well-presented gaming environment.

Bar Attendants

- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages.

- Deliver exceptional customer service in a busy bar environment.

- Operate POS systems and handle cash transactions.

- Maintain cleanliness and presentation of bar areas.

- Take food and beverage orders.

- Deliver meals and beverages to guests.

- Assist with table clearing and dining room presentation.





- Provide friendly and efficient service throughout the guest experience.

What We're Looking For

- Previous hospitality experience is essential.

- Excellent communication and customer service skills.

- Positive attitude and strong work ethic.

- Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and public holidays.

- Reliable, punctual, and professionally presented.

Essential Requirements

- Current Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) Certificate.

- Current Responsible Conduct of Gaming (RCG/RSG) Certificate.

- Previous experience working in Gaming or Bar Services

- Availability across a rotating roster.
