In This Role

As a Pallet Controller, you will play a critical role in ensuring accurate pallet management and reconciliation across our Horsley Park operation.

You will be responsible for monitoring pallet movements, investigating discrepancies, maintaining pallet account integrity, and supporting compliance with customer and pallet management requirements.

Working closely with operational teams, transport providers, customers, and pallet suppliers, you will help minimise pallet losses, control costs, and support the efficient flow of pallets throughout the supply chain. This role is key to maintaining accurate records, resolving pallet issues, and driving continuous improvement across pallet management processes.

Key Responsibilities





- Ensure all pallet movements are accurately recorded and supported by correct pallet documentation within relevant pallet management systems
- Manage pallet account reconciliation activities and investigate any discrepancies, pallet losses, or unprocessed dockets
- Monitor pallet balances and maintain account integrity across the operation
- Liaise with operational teams, transport providers, customers, and pallet suppliers to resolve pallet issues and discrepancies
- Review and validate pallet hire invoices, actively identifying opportunities to reduce pallet hire costs and losses
- Prepare and submit accurate reconciliation reports within required timeframes
- Support compliance with customer pallet management requirements and pallet control processes
- Train and support site personnel on pallet control procedures, systems, and best practices
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives that enhance pallet visibility, accuracy, and operational efficiency

You Will Bring

- Minimum 3 to 5 years' experience in a pallet control, inventory control, or similar logistics administration role
- Experience within a warehouse, transport, or logistics environment
- Strong reconciliation and analytical skills with a high attention to detail
- Intermediate Microsoft Office skills,



particularly Excel, with the ability to learn new systems quickly
- Proven ability to investigate discrepancies and drive resolutions through to completion
- Strong organisational and time management skills
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively across multiple operational teams
- Self motivation, initiative, and a continuous improvement mindset
- Resilience and the ability to thrive in a fast paced workplace
