With expertise spanning structural remediation, concrete repair, waterproofing and building rectification works, they partner closely with property owners, strata managers, body corporates and consultants to deliver long-term solutions that protect valuable assets. The business is experiencing continued growth and has secured a solid pipeline of projects across South East Queensland.

Your new role

Due to continued growth, an opportunity has become available for an experienced Estimator to join their team.
Working closely with project delivery and leadership teams, you will be responsible for preparing accurate estimates and tender submissions across a range of remedial and rectification projects. You will review drawings, engineering reports and scopes of work, undertake quantity take-offs, obtain subcontractor pricing and develop commercially competitive tenders.

What you'll need to succeed

Previous estimating experience in remedial construction, building rectification, concrete repair, waterproofing,



façade remediation or refurbishment projects
Ability to interpret engineering reports, technical drawings and specifications
Strong commercial acumen and attention to detail
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Experience preparing tenders and negotiating subcontractor pricing
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and estimating software
