For 55 years we've been blasting and coating the assets Queensland and Australia rely on: fuel terminals, high-voltage transmission towers, water infrastructure, lighthouses, and landmarks like Brisbane Airport and the Gabba. With 70+ people and a purpose-built yard near Brisbane Airport, we're adding blasters and painters to our Eagle Farm team.

The role

- Abrasive blasting (pots, hoppers, deadman controls, nozzles) and high-pressure water blasting
- Surface preparation,



masking and encapsulation
- Mixing and applying single and two-pack coatings to spec, recording WFT and environmental data
- Operating and maintaining conventional and airless spray equipment
- Pre-start checks and safe operation of compressors, generators and blasting equipment
- Working safely and by the book: JHAs, SWPs, toolbox meetings and inductions

What you'll bring

- Ideally 3–5+ years' industrial blasting and/or painting experience
- Blue/White Card and current QLD driver's licence
- Reliable, punctual and safety-first, with valuable communication skills
- Able to meet the physical demands of site and yard work

Bonus, but we'll help with the rest: trade certificate, Working at Heights, EWP licence, Confined Space, and knowledge of blast classes, profile recording and SDS/TDS.
