About the Role
The Project Administration Coordinator plays a key role in delivering a high standard of customer service from scheduling estimator attendance, processing customer documentation and managing a portfolio of repairs.
Key Responsibilities
- Receive and Triage new job allocations, assess complexity, and organize urgent repairs with required stakeholders
- Process insurance claims from lodgment, through to completion, ensuring data accuracy in all internal and external CRM platforms
- Liaise with property owners, insurers, loss adjusters and internal staff to ensure smooth delivery of repairs.
- Managing communication between customers, estimators, and insurers to ensure transparency and efficiency throughout the repair process.
- Maintain safe work practices, inspecting and monitoring compliance with building and safety codes and other regulations and complete HSEQ audits in line with company’s criteria.
- Maintain Kinbuild Partners’ excellent reputation for high level customer service.
Review of Pending Work list, on an individual trade base to ensure adequacy timeframe for completion of repairs is maintained during high volume of work
About You
- Excellent organisational and time management abilities with high attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and documentation.
- Strong verbal and written communication.
- Excellent understanding of insurance repair works
- Ability to problem solve issues
- Ability to read scopes of works and interpret the best solution for the clients
- Confident in liaising with customers and clients through excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Positive and pro-active attitude
- Solid time management with an ability to coordinate several priorities at any one time with a calm and professional approach
- Strong systems, operational and reporting skills with a willingness to work flexible hours and be adaptable to changed routines from time to time
- Strong work ethic and highly motivated
- Ability to work well in a team environment
