What You'll Do

You'll be the go-to person for Salesforce across the organisation, balancing hands-on platform management with business improvement initiatives.

- Support, maintain, and enhance Salesforce across the organisation.
- Gather business requirements and translate them into practical solutions.
- Analyse and improve business processes, identifying opportunities for automation and efficiency.
- Build and maintain Salesforce reports, dashboards, workflows, and automation.
- Deliver user training, support, and documentation.
- Manage data quality, reporting, and system performance.
- Coordinate testing, system upgrades, and enhancement projects.
- Act as the key link between business users, IT, and external Salesforce partners.

About You

You're someone who enjoys getting to the heart of a problem and finding smarter ways to work. You can confidently move between technical conversations and business discussions, building strong relationships along the way.

- Experience in a Business Analyst and/or Salesforce support role.
- Strong Salesforce Administration experience.
- Experience with Salesforce reports, dashboards, workflows, and automation.
- Strong business analysis, process improvement, and requirements gathering skills.
- Understanding of CRM systems, customer journeys, and operational processes.
- Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills.




- Solid analytical and problem-solving capability.
- Advanced Excel and reporting skills.

Qualifications
- Salesforce Administrator Certification
- Business Analysis certification(s) highly regarded
- Degree qualifications in Business, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related discipline (desirable)
- Current Provide First Aid qualification, or willingness to obtain
